What floor plans do you offer?

We offer studios, studios with private balconies, one bedrooms, one bedrooms with private balconies, one bedroom penthouses with a second bedroom loft, and a two bedroom penthouse with an additional bedroom loft.

Is garage parking included?

Mechanical garage parking is available for an additional fee. There is only room for one vehicle per unit. We also offer EV spots in our mechanical parking garage for an additional fee. We also have an agreement with Axis Parking Garage just a few steps down the street for any additional/overflow parking needs.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We allow as many as 2 pets per unit.

Dog Breed Restrictions: Fully or partial Pit Bull, German Shepard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akitas, and Mastiffs. Others may be added.

What are the pet fees?

Required upfront costs (per pet) include:

• Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $400
• Pet Deposit: $100         
• Total Upfront Costs: $500 

Monthly pet rent is $50/month/pet.

What utilities are included?

No utilities are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for paying water, sewer, gas, and electric based on usage.

What are the additional fees?

In addition to the utilities which are paid to the city based on usage, we also have $244.50 per month in additional fees that cover Renter's Liability Waiver, internet, pest control, trash service, and amenity spaces.

Do you offer furnished units?

Most of our units are unfurnished but we do have a few furnished units available at an additional fee.

What are the amenities?

Onsite, we offer a rooftop lounge with outdoor prep kitchen, BBQ, firepit, and seating area. We also include an Edison House membership for every resident. Just steps from Aperture's front door, our residents enjoy a rooftop pool with bar, premier gym space, instructor led fitness classes, corporate meeting spaces, networking events, private social events and concerts, and high end restaurants only available to Edison House members.

Can I rent with roommates?

Yes absolutely!
